Attendees: Freddie, Ronald, Gelo, and myself
Menu of choice was sisig, tokwa't baboy, tocilog, kilawing tanigue along with 8 yards of beer. A yard of beer is just an elongated flask with enough volume to be filled by two bottles of the local brew. Two yards each was enough to cover the whole event. I also introduced the boys to pritong balut, a Krocodile delicacy, to which they seem to enjoy. Whew! :D
Nothing spectacular in terms of conversation. Each had his share of the the spotlight in terms of what's been happening at work. Ronald made mention of job assignments in India, Freddie in the middle of a national conference, Gelo in the complex workings of his job locally as well as his transactions to the East and West Coasts, and my job here in a hole somewhere in Makati just a few steps from where we were.
A short discussion on the gaming scene then followed. An equally short discussion on preparations for the upcoming Fantasy GT also came up. I'm seriously considering playing than facilitating/moderating so the in-progress rules were not discussed openly with me. I'm hopeful for a good turnout of players on June 11.
