A Series Of Sad Events...
Anna Nicole Smith (November 28, 1967 - February 8, 2007)
Read this over the net earlier in the day. Poor girl's been through a lot. Single mother, Playboy Playmate of the Year (1993), Guess? model. Even tagged as the next Marilyn Monroe or Jane Mansfield of her time. I even had her PMOY issue tucked away somewhere in the house. She had something going, a success story worthy of the Armerican dream.
It had its price.
The marriage to an oil billionaire, the drastic weight gain/loss, the drugs, the men, the loss of her son would seem unfair for one human being to go through. A victim of her own fame. Vickie will be missed.
She was 39.

Our IT firewalled it from the office computers just now. There's a certain injustice to this which I would rather not discuss in detail. There's no point. Now I have to go cross the street to check on messages from friends, relatives, and her. Such a hassle.
In chase of a fairytale...
It's harder to see her now. Everything will be left to chance. When things do fall in place, it's ironic that I see the crash and burn ahead yet still go at it full throttle. Like a moth to a flame...
Forever a fairytale?
A silent part of me hopes not...

personally i think a man should know when to admit that the cause is lost and move on. i would not want to belong to a woman who only accepted me as an after thought. lol
well said. thanks salubri! if you were referring that to my IM as a lost cause... +P joke.
[devious sarcasm]Funny you should even think I was referring to something else. >:P
