A Friday Night At Molo's....

March 17, 2006...

Ronald wanted to go out. He said he needed to vent some of his frustrations from work.

So we dropped by Molo's in Sikatuna and after a beer he started venting away. His vents were very much the same as mine:

a. How to manage your personnel in the office and in the field.
b. How to handle problem employees. Command responsibility always keep popping up in the discussion of that topic.
c. Establishment of efficiency of personnel. Including the personnel's time management.
d. Trying to instill to individual employees what you know so that when their time comes, they can actually do your job. Is that a familiar feeling or what?

While we discussed and waited our turn at the establishment's lone billiard table, we had a few of Molo's specialties. Molo's version of the kilawing tanigue is my usual side dish of choice (mental note: must dedicate a post to this dish one time) while Ronald went for the chicharong bulaklak.

The came the arrival of the Marlboro promo girls! Nyahahaha! Got to use "I'm smoking now" line as well as the "For you Baby, I'll smoke anything" line. Some of these girls are cute. Even their supervisor was not shabby looking as well!

We got to play billiards in the end. Despite breaking the tip of my break cue, Ronald finally had his chance to validate his bragging rights in beating me the last time we played.
