Internal Audit...

For the record...

My office will be subject to an internal audit in preparation for the renewal of our ISO certification. Im ok with this, in fact I welcome it. My only issue here is that our internal auditors have not properly briefed my office in what we're supposed to be ready for. It's unfair for our staff. That's all.
